Entry form Dutch Rotax Max Challenge 2010
Conditions of participation:
- I hereby declare, as representative of the above mentioned driver, that I will not hold, the management of Chrono Karting and the circuits, their employees and sponsors, drivers of the vehicles, officials, supporting staff, representatives or any other person involved in the organisation or the participation, responsible for any kind of claims concerning damage, theft, loss, injuries or the loss of life which are a direct result of actively or passively participating in the activities. We are aware that the above mentioned makes us fully liable for our own actions and risks.
- I hereby declare, as representative of the above mentioned driver, that the driver is in good physical health, his or her eyesight ( with or without the use of glases or contact lenses ) is more than sufficient for participating in normal traffic, that none of us is suffering from epilepsy or any other diseases or handicaps which may cause danger to ourselves or any of the other participants. If between the moment of registration and the actual participation anything should change within the physical state of the participant, we shall immediatly inform the mangement about these changes. I hereby declare that we are solely responsible for making this decision about our physical and mental health required for participation.
- I hereby declare, as representative of the above mentioned driver, that we are solely responsible for the decision to drive or not to drive the kart at any given time, with exception of the decision that the mangemant can take under any given circumstances which will exclude us from immediate participation.
- The ''Rotax Max Events'' is being organised according to the most recent regulation from Chrono Karting BV, based on the regulations from Rotax GmbH and according to the "ASJ", as far as implemented during this Challenge. By clicking on the digital registration form, one automatically accepts this regulation. Futhermore, one will have to co-operate with any technical inspection and any temporary confiscation of the engines for the conformation of this inspection.
- I acknowledge and I understand that engaging in motor sport is a hazardous activity. I voluntarily participate in these activites with knowledge of the danger involved, the risks of serious bodily injury, illnes, death, damage or loss to myself, my property and to third parties and their property.
- I expressly declare and agree to assume the entire risk of any and all damages, occurances, accidents and personal insury, including but not limited to disability or death, that I may suffer while participating in the Chrono Dutch Rotax max Challenge wheter indentified in this entry form to indemnify or not even if caused in whole or in part by the negligence of prt of released parties.
